WHAT IS MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness uses meditation and breathing techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Mindfulness can be a powerful path to realign our nervous systems back to normal. By practicing mindfulness, we allow ourselves to not be pushed around by stress and anxiety. When you are able to slow your breathe and calm your mind, you can see the situation more clearly and make better choices.
